You nodded your head and changed news channels -- and discovered trousseau tales, complete with three-designer panels sitting in thoughtful speculation.
Insanity, yes. And only because the bride was called Aishwarya Rai.
Her wedding into Amitabh Bachchan's family was the event of 2007, overshadowing everything from her signing Pink Panther 2 opposite Steve Martin, to her Ben Kingsley film The Last Legion bombing miserably.
The lesson to be learnt is to make sure that The Brand lives, bigger than ever.
